We booked because the reviews and ratings were 10/10. This is in no way is a 10/10 hostel. Yes, our private room had a bed and a bathroom-but it didn’t look like the photos. Our door was frosted glass which allowed light in always, windows and feel of room was in need of a deep clean.The wifi was terrible, the shower dribbled, hot water took a long time to arrive. Breakfast was a banana, bread roll, jam and a juice. Staff didn’t engage. So, price wise there are lots of places to stay similar cost, or a little more that might be better. Understand South America is a different standard, but we were just overall disappointed.

Located on a small lane, quiet. My room is comfortable. Walk to central few minutes only. Not expensive. Basic breakfast is OK.

“Superb value for money!”
Such friendly owners who were super helpful with anything we needed. Our room was comfortable and the shower was very hot! Wi-Fi was good and we were able to use the well kitted out kitchen whenever we needed. Would highly recommend, especially for the price!

“A great stay, we booked again!”
The place had such a homely feel to it, which after 9 months of travelling was much appreciated - we actually ended up staying twice! The private rooms are super spacious and the beds are SO comfy. The host of the B&B is lovely and extremely helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

“Loved my stay here”
The owner Fernando is amazing. He had a bed available when we arrived at 5am. He helped us with the tours and tips. We were there during the holy week, the city gets expensive and full of people so having someone to help us was really good.

Great value for money ! staff is very helpful and will do everything they can to help you having the best time. Rooms are big and very comfy for the price. breakfast is included ( basic breakfast but good enough). Quiet place to chill and rest after a long day trekking.

“Highly recommend”
We had the economical matrimonial suite and we really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfy, everything was very clean, the shower had hot water. The location is great and considering the relative distance and locations other hostels it was a great choice. Breakfast included bread, jam, orange juice, fruit and tea which was nice. I believe the staff went out of their way to help us and thought the building itself was very pretty and had a nice view. There are also terraces and a patio. I’m not sure if many other people were there but it was very quiet. I highly recommend this place, we would definitely stay here again.
