Offering a sun terrace and views of the sea, ATMA Hostel & Yoga is located in Huanchaco in the La Libertad Region, 11 km from Trujillo. This is everything you want in a hostel, clean, spacious, quiet, lots of common areas, really well equipped kitchen etc. only wish we could have stayed longer.

“Good location and vibe, the best sunsets!”
The yoga classes directly in the hostel, the beach super near, the kitchen with all you need and the rooftop to appreciate all the amazing sunsets. Common bathrooms great as well.

“One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in”
One of my favourite hostels. I didn’t want to leave. Fair prices for everything including yoga classes everyday and Spanish classes with Emel. Great communal kitchen. Very sociable, friendly guests and volunteers.

“Good vibes to recharge”
Confortable, very chill hostel close to the beach! Nice beds, hot showers! Prolonged my staying to recharge after my mountain trip! Very nice yoga too!

“Great value for money hostel!”
Nice hostel, run by a lovely couple who are super nice and always there to help! There is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals! Room is nice and well clean. Good shower. Location is great, near the sea. There is yoga everyday and the hostel is social but not a party hostel, just chilled and relaxed!

“Lovely getaway in Huanchaco”
Loved ATMA Hostel from the first moment - the people reserve a warm welcome for you, the hostel meets you with everything you need (kitchen, hammocks, rooftop etc.) and it is the perfect place to spend some nice days in Huanchaco with surfing & relaxing

“Lively hostal very close to the beach”
The communal areas are diverse and nice and the room was comfortable and clean. We slept in a double room.

“ATMA is the perfect spot to chill, practice yoga, cook, surf from in Huanchaco”
We loved our stay at Atma! Our private room was comfortable, clean, spacious and had a cool calm aesthetic. Communal kitchen has everything you need and free coffee and tea throughout the day was a really nice touch. Lots of indoor / outdoor places to sit down and chill. Perfect location, only seconds from the beach and ideal for those coming to Huanchaco to surf (there’s space to hang up wetsuits / boards and loads of recs for good schools nearby). Loved meeting the pet tortoise who made laps of the garden whilst I sunbathed! Highlight for me was the yoga studio, as a yoga teacher who has found it hard to fit in my practice whilst travelling - daily classes are offered with a variety of styles / teachers for a small additional price and the space is free to use for guests in their own time. Recommend this place to anyone who is looking specifically for yoga or just generally a chilled friendly vibe.
