“It was just ok for a pitstop in long trip”
It was clean and relatively fresh place. Things in the room worked well. So, room did not make me any frustration. +it was a good thing that all 5 family members were in a single suite!

Wonderful and helpful staff, always call back. My parents passed Ukrainian-Polish border in the middle of the night and asked me to find a hotel for rest. Thank very much to the lady Carolina from the reception for the help and the excellent solution of our urgent tasks at 3 o'clock in the morning. The room is clean and cozy, comfortable beds, the breakfast is really good and delicious. I recommend to stop and stay here for all travellers.

The diesel engine was very loudly working all night right behind the wall in our room. Our bed was literally vibrating with high amplitude, and we couldn't fall asleep. In the morning, we were shattered, and the day was ruined. It was a nightmare and one of the worse nights of our life. Personel (though they were very friendly) said that this is their first working day, and the boss told them that he can't help and everything is good. The next day I asked for a refund, and the salesman promised to do that and to talk to the boss to get his permission, but he never came back to me again.

“Frustrating even at such an affordable price”
When I noticed that the air dryer was missing (it is in the list of available services) the woman at the reception when I checked-in made great efforts to get one from friends and brought it to my room. Comfy bed.
