The kitchen design was fantastic and the beds were so comfortable. The host was amazing. I could have spent hours chatting to him.

Great Host - enjoyed small touches, high quality local bathroom amenities - shampoo/conditioner etc. Easter Eggs and complimentary sparkling wine was a nice surprise. So enjoyed apartment , extended stay.

The location is great, very well equipped with high end appliances. The overall ambience was luxurious The host met us in person which was a nice touch.

The apartment is superbly furnished. Attention to detail immaculate. Johann is a fabulous host, he gave us lot of info and left us a lovely bottle of bubbly.

The location in Hout Bay was good - within walking distance of the shopping centre. The kitchen was well equipped. It was good to have a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. There was a welcome bottle of champagne which was a lovely touch. Johann was very friendly and met us when we arrived and when we left. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Well appointed with good quality appliances. Secure. Very clean. Lovely quirky decorations and ornaments. Car parked close to entrance. The host happily swapped out bright white bedside lamps to a warmer shade. Good value for money.

Johann was an exceptional host. He went above & beyond assisting us in our arrival & departure. The property was beautiful with very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was fully fitted with all the top appliances & everything you would need. There were heaps of extras that were a really nice touch. The accommodation was walking distance to get groceries, frequent restaurants etc. Johann's extensive manual detailed everything. Thank you, Johann, for being such a fantastic host & thank you for all the extras & our gourmet picnic from Sally... it was delicious!😊

“Lovely Couple weekend Getaway”

What a magical hidden gem,location within catchment area for shops, beach etc.Stunningly decorated made us feel like we were in France.The Host was so amazing and Very Friendly. Johann, Thank you for being so willing to assist when needed. It's not always that you find hosts who care so sincerely about guests' comfort.Definitely going back again.

I've got to salute Johann and Petra on their unit/villa. I have only words of praise for Johann. He is a fantastic host, and he is on hand for any question or help 24/7. The unit is equipped and decorated with the best, and the attention to detail is visible.It's absolutely stunning. Cleanliness of the unit scores an easy 10 out of 10. DK VILLAS are located within walking distance from restaurants, shops, and the beach. I will never stay anywhere else in Houtbay, but here.
