Absolute Blast! Johann is an amazing host, the villa is perfectly located, what makes it easy go access all highlights in cape town and on cape peninsula. We traveled with a 1 yr old and stayed for 1 week. It felt like home and the time rushed by.

“Beautiful Hout Bay Apartment”
Beautiful property with everything we needed for our stay. Johann, the host was very helpful and welcoming. He has taken great care to furnish the property to a very high standard. We loved the bottle of fizz waiting for us on arrival and the complementary picnic.The apartment was spotless and in a good location for shops, restaurants and the beach. The gated parking was also very useful.

Super friendly host and we felt very welcomed. Lovely views and spacious luxurious beautifully decorated apartment that suits all our needs. Secure undercover parking. We will stay again. “Definetively a place we recommend”
This is an appartment we highly recommend. Johann is a great host. Letting flats is much more to him than handing over the keys. You get really good tips from him. The flat is super comfy as it has everything you need. Even a washing machine and a dryer. It is particularly good when landing in Capetown: easy drive from the airport, everything you need is in neighborghood (supermarket, bars, etc). Quiet location. Good starting point for cape of good hope, boulders beach (penguins), but also if you want to visit cape town. We went to Foxxcroft restaurant (sister gourmet restaurant to la colombe) where they also accept kids (and hell they loved it!!!). We went also to Klein Constantia (famous for it's sweet wines), but we do kot recommend it particularly (we learned afterwards from Johann that ypu better go to Groot Constantia. Overall a place I would go back for sure.

“Mindblowing”
The boardwalk is a blast! There are no words for this cosy, spacious, comfortable, modern apppartment. So much love for the detail, we immediately fell in love! Johann was a perfect host, always available, gave tons of tipps and could also speak some german 😉 It is a pearl in Hout Bay and we will definitely come back as this is A MUST to stay! Also everything in walking distance!

“Perfection”
Everything was absolutely perfect. A home away from home. The host Johann was outstanding from the start of the stay up until the end. The apartment is gorgeous, and the decor is just breathtaking. Every little detail has been thought of, even down to the gowns and beach towels. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. Thank you, DK villas, for an unforgettable few nights.

“Kitchen had quality appliances...everything was clean.. towels, linnen were fresh.”
Yes!! We got escorted to our villa and everything necessary was explained. We felt safe and our car even got parked by owner.
