Overview
Located on the Butte de Caumont hilltop with panoramic views of Houlgate, this residence is just a 20-minute walk from the beach and town centre. It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from May to September. An ALGOTHERM spa with an indoor heated swimming pool measuring 12x5 metres, a sauna and a hammam are also available on site at an extra cost. A private balcony or terrace features in all of the houses and apartments at Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence & Spa Houlgate. Each has a seating area and a TV with international channels. Free low-speed WiFi is available in all areas. A kitchenette with hotplates is included in the accommodation at Spa Houlgate. Some kitchen areas have a Nespresso coffee machine. The residence can also organise a delivery service for bread and pastries, available upon reservation the day before and at an extra cost. Activities available in the area include excursions to the D-Day beaches. Free private parking is possible on site subject to availability, and guests can also visit Trouville-sur-Mer, which is 22 km away. Alternatively, the reception can help organise yachting and tennis activities in the local area.

Big appartment with beautiful view on the city. There was a spa which was really welcome on colder days. The hotel had a big domain where you could walk while enyojing the view. Free parking on site.
