“Really nice place to stay if you visit Hossegor! Will come back!”
Really quiet stay, respectful neighbours when it came to not making too much noise. Terrace in the apartment is really a plus and the mattress on the bed behind the sofa is amazingly comfy, did not try the bunk beds but they looked comfy as well. The kitchen is very convenient for those rainy days where it is hard to go out for lunch/dinner. Perfect location to move around the town centre.

The kindness of the staff, the ability to park on-site, its proximity to the water and town center, and the terrace. The kitchen is small, but it has all that I need.

“There are better places to stay in Hossegur”
Didn’t like the fact you arrive at the property but have to check in at another hotel Didn’t like the single compact bed by the toilet Didn’t like the fact that had to pay for the dog when checked in. If there is always a cost then this should be made clear on Booking . Com website Didn’t like that had to fill in form even though the hotel had these details through Booking . Com Didn’t like taking a deposit which was told was against breakages but info in apartment said this would include cleaning. Wasn’t a sponge detergent etc to clean crockery Didn’t like the mouldy smelling lobby. But did like the balcony view and there was no noise from other inhabitants so a very quiet night’s sleep

Kitchen and fridge did not work during our short stay. We booked it with that in mind so we where very disappointed in that regard, we would have booked a hotel otherwise.

We have stayed in Residence du Parc many times the last years. It's excellently located and the price-quality rate is so good. It's not a big space for 4 adults because there is one sofa bed and bunk bed but we always go for its location and because it's practical.

This Residence is extraordinary. I've been visiting Hossegor for many years now and no doubt this is the best accommodation so far. We always got there is it is available. It's perfectly located and big enough for 3 people (even 4). The studios are more than great!

the location, super close to everything (bakery, city center, beach..). Having a code to enter is cool so when you go with a group of friends everyone is free to come back anytime.

The location was amazing, but it’s a total rip off with lots of missing necessities.
