“A lovely week spent at La Seren relaxing!”
The property was immaculately clean, the rooms bright, large and comfortable. The location was excellent with a lovely view over the lake but also well located for the shops and restaurants.

“One of the nicest places we have ever visited”
I cannot explain how incredible this place is. Everything you need, they will accommodate. Myself and my partner came away truly refreshed. Location - amazing Staff - amazing Spa - amazing Bar - amazing Reception - amazing Room/balcony/view - double amazing. Massages - triple amazing! Just book this place if you’re looking at it - it’s even better than it looks! (We had a lake facing room with balcony & booked a couple massage as an extra). We will be back without doubt

This is a delightful hotel situated in the beautiful setting of Hossegor, overlooking the lake. The rooms are spacious and extremely well equipped and very clean and well maintained.

“Couldn’t be better location when you want to stay in Hossegor but still be in a quite area.”
The flat is simply amazing. Extremely big, well finished and comfortable. The kitchen is well fitted and the Terrasse is magnificent with the perfect view on the lake

“Overnight on route to home”
I arrived late in the evening & although the kitchen was closed the staff went out of their way to ensure I had a light meal. Very friendly & helpful

“Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location.”
A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. Exceptional staff with a special mention to Mauryne who was superb! Very comfortable, spacious and lovely room. The lovely town of Hossegor is just a few minutes walk and you also have the lovely path along the water right infront of the hotel. Our little dog was made to feel very welcome and we loved our stay.

“Relaxing, comfortable, and perfectly situated - you won’t be bored but you will feel at home.”
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. The bed was extremely comfortable, the surroundings were serene and perfect for a walk or jog in nature, the restaurant and wine bar were exceptional (and there are many other options within walking distance if you seek variety). We were working through the week and found the lounge and restaurant extremely accommodating for us, we were extremely comfortable and supplied with caffeine and perfect ambience throughout the day, until a well deserved break at the sauna. We were also travelling with our dog, and the level of attention and care was beyond expectations. It truly felt like home for a few days. We could not have asked for a more perfect stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful location by the lake. The staff were so accommodating and friendly! They are a credit to the dying art of hospitality! Easy rental of bikes to explore the local areas and paddle boarding to enjoy the lake! So much fun!

“Peace and tranquility”
It was so peaceful and calm. My room was beautiful with access to its own private balcony overlooking the lake. I was able to park the car securely in the underground car park with lift access to all floors. The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.
