Overall nice, keep in mind that this property also hosts weddings and serves as a restaurant so it’s a mix of everything. I liked room, it was clean and cozy. Good location, really close to the highway but you don’t hear cars

“Hidden gem”
This is a unique small hotel 30 minutes drive from Rivne right on the Rivne - Kyiv highway. You would never expect such quality and standards from small hotel at this place. The hotel is new and very well maintained. They care much about cleanliness. The bathroom looks like in 5* hotel. I would recommend to stay here rather than other hotel in Rivne.

New facility with good restaurant and own brewery just next to the main road Rivne - Kyiv. Room was large, comfortable and super clean. Great value for the price.
