“Wonderful stay — cozy apartment, great host, and perfect location in the mountains”
One of the best accommodation experiences! Host: Jana is a wonderful host! Upon arrival, we received lovely welcome treats — gingerbread cookies, lemonade, and wine. Jana was always available and shared plenty of helpful advice on what to see nearby, as well as useful links about ski resorts, castles, and other interesting places. Apartment: Everything was clean and beautifully arranged, and the apartment had everything we needed. The heating is easy to adjust and works perfectly. The bedroom has comfortable, large beds, cozy duvets, and nice pillows. The shower always had hot water; towels, shower gel, and soap were provided. The kitchen is fully equipped — dishes (plates, cups, pots, and a frying pan), a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine. A few coffee capsules were provided at check-in, and if you need more, you can buy them in the shared hallway. In the common area, there are many toys and board games — a real paradise for children! Yard: There is private parking for each apartment, and a large free public parking area just behind the fence. Outside, there are plenty of fun activities for kids — a slide, swings, toys, bicycles… There’s also a fire pit and a barbecue area, with firewood provided. Location: Great location — just a 10-minute drive to Pec pod Sněžkou and Janské Lázně. A beautiful hiking trail starts right next to the house, across the bridge. There’s a small grocery store just across the road, and an excellent restaurant about 25 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by car). This is one of the few places I would truly love to return to in the future.

“Excellent!”
I really loved everything about the place (the standard, the facilities, the welcome gifts, the view on the river just outside the window), the free skibus stop just outside the apartment, and about how communicative and friendly the host, Jana, was.

“What a lovely people”
Superbe staff, scenery and appartment. What a friendly people, the brought us delicious cake (twice 😍) and didnt bother to drive 45min because we lost our key. It felt like home (even better) beeing there the last week and we Will definitetly come back again!!

It’s all you need to rest and charge your batteries. Starting from comfortable accomodation (modern well-equiped apartments with eye on the details), warm hospitality (delicious home made cake and flower water waiting for us in the room), place and garden (river, forest, herbs that you can use if you like and trails starting 10m from challupa).
