Functionalist villa, carefully renovated with charm. Well-equipped, with nice free perks (coffee, tea, etc.) and high-speed free Wi-Fi. Located right in the town center. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

“Unique villa close to Hořice centre; beautiful, comfortable and clean!”
We enjoyed our stay - the villa was renovated with care and passion, offers all amenities you might need, including a double shower, and a fully equiped kitchen. One small bedroom for two + 3 extra beds in hte living room available. Recommended!

“beautiful & cozy accomodation, very kind property owners, lovely yard”
the design, cleanliness, additional cosmetics we could use, the decorations, and especially the yard is beautiful. I like that I felt as if I was at my (rich) grandma’s and not a hotel/motel/whatever. feels more like home than a stay overnight, which I prefer. also, I adore functionalism.

Friendly stuff, clean rooms. The apartment is located almost in the center of Horich, there is Lidl only 3 minutes to walk from the apartment.
