Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The apartment was nice, clean, and well equipped. The owner was very attentive and wrote to me every day to check if everything in the apartment was OK — maybe because of my dog 🙂, which I found very caring. The only downside was the €12 pet fee, which had to be paid in cash — this was a bit inconvenient. Also, when I booked through Booking.com I selected the option for travelling with a pet, so I didn’t notice any additional fee during the booking process and it came as a surprise on arrival. Apart from that, everything was great.

We booked the duplex apartment for a long weekend. The apartment was very nice and clean. The hotel is close to many ski slopes and is located in a beautiful place surrounded by nature.

It was very clean and had a nice view of the river. It is very new and modern and the two bedroom apartment was large. The office was always available for assistance if needed.

Every detail was well taken care of, and Pepa most knpwlegable, prompt with responses with attitude NOTHING IS A PROBLEM is one of the nicest person that I have ever meet in hospitality industry and “borec”, I have so much respect for him as he is inspirational and so so special! We are grateful for the warm welcome and unforgettable experience. We truly appreciate the effort and care that he went into making our visit so special and I know that it is exactly their mindset as well as mine to treat every guest as if it suppose to be the best day and stay of their lifetime. Everything is excellent. From the minute we arrived, we were awestruck by the stunning beauty, elegance, class, and high standard of the apartment 102. We were treated above and beyond by all the staff. We recommend their place as it will leave you speechless and never wanting to go elsewhere, soooooo as they know and been incredibly amazing and so thoughtful and personal. I met very rarely such special and unique devoted people so far in 40 years of my life and also having some hotels and working in high class hospitality, luxury cars, made to measure holidays for high profile people and VIP concierge services… Pepa belongs to the league of their own!!! This was an absolutely wonderful and phenomenal experience booking again as soon as I recover from overdoing the phenomenal wellness onsite daily🫣 and I really don’t know the way how I can ever show how this means the world to me and you really made miracle appear in my life when I needed it the most and making my dream come true we just wish we could stay until New Year. I can only thank you from bottom of my heart how incredibly wonderful people you are with properties exceeding dreams of most people.

Excellent accommodation, easy access to the place and to the flat itself. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We were there with two dogs and the location is great for walking them and spending time in nature. 10 mins to Vrhlabi and to Spindlerov Mlyn.

“Best place at Špindleruv Mlýn”
I had an amazing stay! Everything was absolutely perfect. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The apartments were spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!
