I usually choose accommodation with a good rating and carefully read the comments. Choosing this house is the worst choice in all our travels! Ladies will understand what I mean. This turned out to be not a cozy home, but a bachelor’s summer house. And it is absolutely not suitable for living in it during the cold season! 1. I could have rented a hotel room in Berlin for this price. But we like privacy. We didn’t get that. Be prepared that every morning the owner will feed the birds right next to the bedroom window. You will have to share the territory with a stranger. This guest house is worth near the owner's house. There is no privacy at all. 2. There is no curtain in the kitchen. The curtain in the bathroom is transparent. They can look into you at any time. 3. There is a huge garbage container under the kitchen table. This situation makes you lose your appetite. 4. There are 4 chairs in the house! I rented it for 5 people 5. The bed in the bedroom creaks terribly and bends greatly under a person. The huge square pillows are uncomfortable In the living room, on the contrary, 2 pillows are so narrow (about 20 cm) that only children can sleep on them. The sheet on the sofa is not fixed. It slides all the time. The sofa is of irregular shape and this is the problem. 6. The house looks like a warehouse for unnecessary things. There is a fitball in the bedroom, a vacuum cleaner in a prominent place in the living room 7. There is no microwave or coffee machine. The house looks like a grandmother’s house. And a very poor grandmother 8. Previously, there were 2 hours between check-out and check-in times. This owner has 5 hours to prepare the home. But it’s clear that he does nothing except change the linen. If you move the rugs, it’s very dirty under them. Sand. Under the sofa we saw someone else’s sock and other debris. 9.

Nice, cozy and comfortable apartment. Very clean and complete with everything you need. The internet is fast enough and the owner was extremely kind and generous. I would say it was a very good accommodation and I would definitely stay there again.
