Great stay! Ideal location. The cute donkeys that are in the nearby pastures are the icing on the cake.

The host was extremely helpful. Kind reception. Had bought some food from supermarkets but forgot bag, she took it upon herself to send someone to get it to us at no cost.

Very comfortable little apartment, just perfect for a stopover. The hostess was charm personified and the breakfast was exceptional. This venue offers astonishing value-for-money. Highly recommended.

“Amazing Host, clean room and great breakfast!”

The Host was super nice! Our dogs were very welcome. The room was clean and it had everything one needed. The shared bathroom was super clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and had everything from orange juice to sweet bread. She even offered to make us some fried eggs. Such a sweet woman. Thanks so much!!

“A cozy accommodation with an exellent hostess”

Jannie is an excellent hostess. She makes a wonderful breakfast and is pleasant to talk to. Excellent room with a good bed. New towels every day. Cozy with the animals nearby. Recommended !

The room I slept was nice and cozy, very comfortable and clean. Jannie, the host was very friendly and we had a good chat. She made me a gluten free breakfast, I really appreciated that. The environment with the donkeys, horses, dogs gave the B&B a feeling of being home. Thank you Jannie!

“Bang for your bucks”

First and to clarify potential expectations this is not a luxury B&B. It doesn't pretend to be. If you have to go to the TT Assen track this is at least for me the number 1 option. Why: - it's located 6km max from the track - My room was spacious enough for one. - It's very clean and you have more in the room than you would expect (coffee machine, torch, bath gown etc.) - I had a nice terrasse - Breakfast was very very generous and complete. I wish I had more time to enjoy it - Jannie is a very nice hostess and I felt totally welcome Finally for this price I really don't know what you would want more. Definitely a bargain but a great one! additional info: you need to share the bathroom. There is a big dog and a small cat. I love animals so no issue for me ut...

“Pleasant B&B on our short trip”

The B&B was in a great location. The owner was really sweet (we loved being greeted by the doggo, too) and didn't hover too much! Breakfast was nice and relaxed, too!

“The perfect place to rest while travelling - and probably a great destination in and of itself!”

Janni was very flexible with our arrival and even left a treat for our dog. Op 7 is very peaceful and quiet - like staying in the country, but it is only 750 meters from the center of Hooghallen. The city has a gas station, a grocery store, and a bicycle shop, among others. The room was everything we needed and sparkling clean. Breakfast was a delightful feast. All in all staying at Op 7 felt like being a welcome guest in the home of an old friend. Should I be in Holland again I am staying with Janni at Op 7!

Nice cosy small room. It's really great that the room had a terrace. Unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy it due to the weather. Very kind and flexible host. Good breakfast.
