“Fine Stay on Beautiful Island, but limitations in case of bad weather”
Great waterfront location at the harbour of Klåva, on Hönö. Pleasant building and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. When I was there, it was breakfast and lunch only, no dinner. There are other eating places at the harbour, notably the beautifully located Tullhuset, with a fine cuisine and water on two sides. The hotel breakfast is fine, with freshly baked bread. The staff are friendly but rather laid back, not hugely communicative. The island is bigger than I had expected: If you are without a car you need to take a bus from the mainland ferry, same tariff system as Gothenburg, regular services. I had a pleasant three days here: Getting up early for sunrise, walking, looking and, yes, even swimming, although it was September. (There is a little cove called Hästen, about 15-20 minutes' walk away., You can walk to it over the rocks or, if you are mildly impaired in your mobility, you can walk along the quiet road.) I spent a lot of time just sitting and reading at the harbour and/or watching the boats. The weather was that way during my stay.

“Amazing location, comfortable beds & friendly staff - always a hit with us!”
We've often stayed at this hotel and as usual thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The location is stunning, just by the sea and although we didn't have a balcony room we could still enjoy a partial sea view - beautiful! The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the room clean with all the necessary additions. Breakfasts is tasty with options for both continental and cooked breakfasts. The yogurts compote are one of my favourite. The warm welcome is lovely and like coming home again. Can't wait for my next stay here!

An attractive small hotel situated right by the ocean which offers calmness and peace as soon as one walks through the front door. The staff are caring, accommodating and very kind. The whole hotel is clean and inviting.

Beautiful relaxing rooms in a beautiful relaxing environment. Nice breakfast, great shower. The bicycles that are for rent are very good too And the staff is very friendly

The hotel is relatively new and very cosy. The personnel is very friendly. The hotel is located on one of the islands, there are amazing views and good restaurants nearby.
