Super staff! We got a free room upgrade, which was really appreciated because the rooms are all in all pretty small -so even a couple more square meters makes the difference (ok, we're in HK). Supermarket right on the main road, 5 mins walk. Something to bite at breakfast time and free coffee 24/7 at the reception are a nice touch.

The staffs were really friendly and the location is super convenient. The rooms are so spacious so it’s perfect for two people or if you are working from “home”.

“Spacious modern apartment in Wan Chai”

The apartment was quite spacious, bright and clean. Really good smart TV with YouTube. AC was working really well. Good Wi-Fi. The staff at the reception have been very friendly and helpful. Very close to Wan Chai metro (Hopewell Centre entrance).

I had a bad experience checking out of the hotel. The receptionist (a guy) is very unhelpful in getting me the right pick up spot for the uber and he is unwilling to help me with the luggage down the stairs even I am 7 month pregnant. He is very rude and unprofessional and he speaks to me in Cantonese which I don’t understand and told me he doesn’t speak English. He has a very bad manner and I need hotel management to solve this issue.

We came to Hong Kong for two weeks and are so happy we chose this hotel! After walking all around the city, I can say this is the perfect location. It’s close to the central district, yet quieter and more peaceful. There’s everything you need nearby — a 24-hour supermarket just around the corner, and cafés and restaurants at every step. We stayed in a studio with a kitchenette, and the zoning was very well designed and convenient. What we appreciated most was that they took our requests into account, and we stayed on the highest, 24th floor with a beautiful city view. In January it wasn’t cold at all; we kept the windows open most of the time, and it felt very fresh and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The 160 cm bed with a firm mattress was very comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was that the bathroom door is located directly opposite the bed, so it was a bit uncomfortable to turn on the light at night if someone was sleeping. However, we had seen this layout in advance when choosing the room — the hotel website provides photos and floor plans. Many thanks to the hotel and its staff for this wonderful stay. We highly recommend it because it offers great value for money considering its location and comfort. By the way, the room is very quiet!

Easy to get to and from HK airport by bus. About an 8 minute walk to Wanchai stn. Comfortable bed and big shower. Plenty of space. Has a kitchen if you want to cook. Complimentary minibar and bread in the morning is a nice bonus.

Perfect location to visit Hong Kong at the weekend. Well connected by metro, tram, bus and ferry. Plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you need.
