They made a mistake on my arrival, gave me the wrong address with a entry pass code to the wrong building, which ment the key box number was wrong by a WhatsApp message, this was at 1am on the 23rd ,so i called them no answer so I had to get another hotel that morning, when I called them the next morning the lady answered and said she would meet me at 1pm afternoon at the address I had been given which she didn't turn up, when I called to see where she was she said she could not come and admitted that she had made a mistake and given me the wrong information, I then said that I was not happy and wanted a refund, she said she would speak to her colleague but then I got a message to say no refund or compensation for the mistake either I said I would inform you and the police which I didn't, but I have kept all the messages sent from the lady, hopping that you can help me get a refund and compensation because the information and service was terrible and I had to stay at a hotel which took most of my spending money I had for my holiday and ruined my trip, can you please let me know if you can help me with this matter, many thanks.
