“Very disappointed for the amount of money charged”
It is not a hotel . It is a back packer. Booking.com should have a responsibility for their client and I want a full refund from booking.com as it was advertised as a 2 stars hotel and it is obviously not. When I arrived and no one there to take me to the room. I had to ask other people to call the reception for me on my behalf . It is filthy tiny little room partition from a bigger room with no toilet paper in the room. It is a fault advertising as a 2 stars. I need a full explanation from booking.com for fault advertising and a full refund. I also wish booking.com should investigate more about this hotel so booking.com does not mislead online customers about this hotel. Regards Long Vong

“Small, simple, and ok location in causeway bay, but not for beauty sleep or relaxation.”
Staff Lady was nice and very helpful, although I needed to call her because there is nobody at the reception desk. The shower had great hot water and pressure.
