In particular, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Duty Manager Steve, Mr./Ms. Choo who assisted with my check-out (and whose check-in service was also truly outstanding), as well as Oliver and John. The location of the hotel is really central with walking distance to the shopping district and surrounding attractions. I also liked Cafe Causette, both the menu and the service, as well as the chinese fine dining Man wah which was super with great service

The Mandarin Oriental is such a classy hotel, I just loved my stay in Hong Kong. Excellent service, attention to detail and a lovely room upgrade. Couldn’t have been more happy and comfortable with my stay.
