“Amazing!”
It was an amazing hotel - front desk, house keeping, the concierge etc! The room was so well lit, mirrors everywhere and was a nice big room! We were celebrating my mum's birthday and they had left a delicious dessert and a birthday card. Would 100% stay here again and great location - surrounded by shops and restaurants

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent. Our room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. All the amenities you are require are available. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend this hotel.

“4 and a half star hotel in top location”
Beautifully renovated hotel, excellent location and nice decor. Room was spacious and comfortable, great lighting and amenities for our baby. The laundry room inside the hotel was a real bonus. Overall the staff were very nice and helpful. Its a stylish spot and the bar had some great drinks selections.

We make a point of staying at Lanson Place Causeway Bay on every visit to Hong Kong, and it has consistently delivered a high standard of comfort and service. The boutique style creates a more personal experience, with attentive staff who are genuinely focused on making each stay smooth and enjoyable. The concierge team stands out in particular. They welcome guests with a level of care that feels familiar rather than transactional. Jin has consistently been the person who has helped us the most on every visit, assisting with planning our days, recommending places to go, arranging taxis, and clearly explaining directions and the best ways to reach our restaurants. That consistency and attention to detail make each stay relaxed and memorable. The breakfast offering is a highlight, with a well-balanced combination of a half à la carte menu and a small buffet selection. The quality of the food is consistently high, and the setting provides a relaxed start to the day. The staff are attentive and thoughtful.

“Amazing! I am a Fan!”
Breakfast is most relaxing and enjoyable. The restaurant ambience is amazing. The housekeeping, restaurant n reception staff are outstanding! I spilled curry all over my white top n skirt. I didn’t expect it but they came back without the stains! I was delighted with the unexpected outcome and I gave housekeeping some cookies n a tip to show my deep appreciation.

The location was great, a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Causeway Bay, yet tucked along a quieter side next to Lee Gardens. The rooms are beautifully decorated and bathrooms are bright and modern. We also loved the warmth of the staff from check-in, to bell boys and all the service staff, who never failed to smile and every time we saw them.

The only real issue was the brekfast was identical every day and sonwwhat limited. I stayed at the hotel 12 months earlier and it was again the same limited breakfast range in 2025 and 2026. It's a great location in Causeway Bay. Staff were as usual excellent.

The staff were fantastic. Particularly the concierge/ones on the door who went out of their way to be helpful with anything and everything. Breakfast buffet was really good quality. Laundry facilities was a massively appreciated bonus. Awesome area with plenty of restaurants nearby
