The old world hotel charm, colour and movement . The incredible hotel staff. Special mention to May in reception on our early arrival who was so welcoming and assisting in getting us into a room as soon as possible. Our room was superb with the most spectacular large window looking onto the magnificent harbour….we were mesmerised by the changing activity on the water and the lights …the comfy bed and pillows, gorgeous marble bathroom plus the binoculars were a lovely touch. What can we say about the best breakfast buffet in Hong Kong…so much variety to choose from.. The ability on our last day to have a refreshing shower and change in the health club before heading out to the airport for a later flight. Great touch.

Great service, everyone is friendly and great breakfast. Thank you to the 2 gentlemen who helped us get a last minute taxi for us because our booking couldn’t fit all our bags. The guys took control of the situation and we caught our flight in time. I think it was Carlos and another guy but I’m sure Carlos will remember. Thanks!

It is the best stays ever , the hotel is very near to access bus stops, water taxis’s and shopping malls and the views from the rooms are breathtaking , we took the sea view but exceptional service , staff are very friendly and overall experience was amazing
