We wanted to relax and unwind in the lobby because we had a long day ahead of us, as our return flight wasn't until midnight. We were treated unfairly by the lobby staff and definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

The location , facilities and the rooms were all excellent! Plus the service at check in and the concierge were top notch.

The property is perfectly located in Kowloon, overlooking the harbour and just a few minutes' walk from the nearest metro. It’s also close to one of the city’s top tourist attractions, the Avenue of Stars. We booked the executive room with harbour views and club access, which made our stay feel extremely luxurious. The staff were the friendliest I have ever experienced in a hotel. Oh, how I love this hotel—I will definitely be visiting again.

Everything was beautiful, staff wass ok not too friendly they alsways seemed busy and sometimes we had to wait a while before we were assisted. Cocierge was very helpful and friendly

This hotel is a 30 minute walk to the Star ferry or a 7 minute walk to the Whampoa mtr station. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are comfy and rooms are serviced each day. Breakfast buffet was a good. The dockyards food hall downstairs had some great food options. The staff were very helpful.

Harbour view

“Fabulous place to stay and take in the sights and atmosphere of Hong Kong”

We were delighted with our choice to stay here. Our room was spacious and clean with a great view of Victoria harbour. The breakfast was delicious with great choice, and the roof top bar was a great place to see the spectacular views in comfort. The staff overall were very good and the reception helped so much with our transfer to the airport via The Big Buddha.

Everything was 10/10
