Our check in was seedless, arrived with no luggage as the airline didn’t have it on board, I was extremely tired after 15 hr flight but the welcome we received made us feel so welcome .. We were given an upgrade which was unexpected but very nice. Room was large and very clean with extra toiletries which we needed and water replacement at turn down service and the following days .. Bed was very comfortable, pillow king size and also comfortable. Coffee machine which was most welcome and the room was quiet . Location was great . I have read that the hotel needs a refurbished, I can assure you that the floor we were on they had blocked a complete section to do just that.. Thank you forsaking us feel welcome

Part habour view. A bit of a walk to some of the shopping malls, like Habour view. Breakfast was good. Receptionist were friendly, gave me a feee upgrade with habour views as well as breakfast.
