The hotel needs a good renovation. The rooms are clean, but the old furniture and carpets don't save the situation. The elevators are also insufficient for a 27-story hotel. The staff are very helpful and attentive.

Approachable and knowledgeable staff. Free shuttle service and complimentary healthy and refreshing drinks at the lobby and use of umbrella if needed. I’d like to thank the staff for allowing us to bring some food for my sister-in-law and niece as they can’t go down for breakfast buffet.

The room was generally fine except that the fridge was not working properly. Even after repair, it was still not very cold. Breakfast was great. Location could be better since it's a 10-minute work to the MTR station, but I suppose that is not possible to improve on.

“Cosy and accessible stay in HK”
Lots of eateries nearby, walking distance from a few train stations, there are 2x washing machines and dryers (out of pocket cost) to use in the common area. Room is small which is not unusual for a city like HK, but very cosy.

Room was only available for check in at 3pm. The lifts were slow. Room was expected to be small. Would be good if there were more racks or hooks to hang clothes or towels.

The hotel is in good location with many dining options nearby. The on the hour shuttle bus service was good and include the airport express station.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite tiny but feels cosy and comfortable. Housekeeping is also very prompt in their services.

The staff were superb and really helpful. Bed was very comfortable and we had a fantastic view from the 21st floor. I enjoyed the authenticity of the area and it was very easy to get around from the connecting metro stations.
