“Hotel located conveniently above TKO station and large shopping malls nearby. Far from airport”
I stayed at this hotel a few times already for the pass few years even before they change from Crowne Plaza Hotel. The location is main reason I keep coming back. It is situated right above TKO station.

“Great”
The service was great, and the view from my room was absolutely spectacular and outstanding. However, I was a bit disappointed that my room had not been upgraded or renovated like other rooms in the hotel. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay.

friendly staff, very helpful. Location is really convenient, right next to mall,Popcorn. Subway train station is just across the mall entrance from the hotel. Room rates are reasonable. I will co.w back again.

The room is very spacious with excellent soundproofing; we could barely hear any noise from the street. The shopping mall next door is extremely convenient, and the free shuttle to the West Kowloon High Speed Train Station is a real bonus.

Room had strong smell of smoke which although sprayed on request still smelt , bought and used a room deodorant which dealt with it .

“Good value for money for this type of hotel in Hong Kong”
Spacious comfortable room. Spacious bathroom. Clean & safe neighbourhood. MTR and bus terminal below the hotel. Plenty of shopping malls nearby. A 24 hours laundry shop a short walk further up from the hotel which was very handy, as we didn't want to overload our luggage with clothing for the whole few weeks stay, meaning we could fit in more shopping from Hong Kong 😉 Buffet breakfasts were adequate and plenty of choice.
