All the staff at the reception desk were very helpful when I was checking in. Luckily my room was upgraded to the suite room (partly because of my IHG membership). The cleaning staff was friendly in the hallway.

“Great stay, clean and very comfy room - recommended!”
Clean, very comfortable, awesome in-room water dispenser with hot, cold, preset lukewarm water - super convenient and hydrating :) for premium club twin room with lounge access, charges were a bit on the high side but included daily breakfast, which had good quality and extensive variety of food; and complimentary evening roof bar drinks and snacks (5-8pm) which we got to enjoy a couple evenings out of our 4-night stay there.
