I must pay cash when check-in while I clearly said I pay with credit card during booking. The room is extremely terrible with hair and roaches everywhere. I don’t even want to take off my shoes or clothes when I use restroom or go to bed.

not very clean when we came back from dinner, the main entrance was locked, and we had to wait outside for 5 mins. even though we pressed the button as the notification paper said, no one came…
