“Do not recommend at all”

It was in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui but honestly the area is pretty run down, I wished we stayed in Central. Cheap but not worth it, I honestly recommend to just spend a little more and stay in a hotel.

The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location is Great next to the AirPort bus stop

The location is honestly the biggest strength. We were right in Tsim Sha Tsui, within walking distance to the MTR, restaurants, shops, and even the harbor. Getting around with kids was very easy, which made a big difference. The place itself was very clean, which we really appreciated coming from Denmark, where expectations are quite high. Rooms are small, but well-maintained and tidy. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. They responded quickly, helped with directions, and even allowed flexible luggage storage, which made travel days much easier with children. We also found the stay to be good value for money (for Hong Kong). Compared to typical prices in the city, this is a relatively affordable option — especially for a family. Practical things worked well: Easy self check-in Good WiFi Basic facilities like water, microwave, etc.

Location is PERFECT! Airport bus is just a few steps away from the main building, lots of restaurants, bar, 711, food stalls, shops, near train stations around the area,

One of the worst, if not the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The building where the hostel is located is currently under construction, completely covered with scaffolding and netting, which makes finding the place quite challenging. There are no entrance doors, only a hallway and an old elevator. The hallway is in horrible condition – extremely dirty, with no ceiling, and the floor made of loose wooden planks. You will constantly encounter construction workers on your way to the room, which does not feel safe or comfortable. The elevator is even worse – falling apart, filthy, and it feels very unsafe to use. The photos on the booking site are heavily photoshopped and do not represent reality at all. Our room did not have a window, even though there was a curtain hanging on the wall, making you think there’s one behind it. Instead, there was a ventilation shaft that opened into a small, enclosed space in the middle of the building. That area was disgustingly dirty, with no access to fresh air. The ventilation system was full of dust and did not work at all, same as the air conditioner. Because of these poor conditions, I developed a sinus infection and got sick during my stay. The official check-in time is 3 PM, but when we arrived at 5 PM, our room hadn’t even been started to be cleaned. We gave the cleaner an extra hour, but when we came back, she was surprised to see us “so soon” and cleaned the entire room in only 10 minutes, which speaks volumes about the hygiene standards. The bedsheets and towels were never changed, even though this was agreed upon beforehand. Overall, the place is very neglected, filthy, and completely unprofessional. This was an absolutely horrible experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
