“Very disappointed”

Very small double room that was too small for 2 people. The door to the room was patio door style and was extremely temperamental. Outside the room the sitting space was very tight and not comfortable.

Excellent friendly reception/ owner , great car parking (reserved) good bathroom ,lots of hot water, comfy bed. Room three was great for the two us and had a safe so all was well with blackout curtains. Delighted with our stay and continental breakfast proved adequate. I would highly recommend for a stay in Honfleur being only ten minutes walk into town.

Great location

Our room was very spacious and comfortable with all the details we needed. The town is magical and the enjoyment of it is enormous, so even if something was missing from this accommodation, we would not have noticed. A special convenience is parking in the hotel yard.

“Handsome Honfleur”

The location was not in central Honfleur but it was an easy 15 minutes walk into the centre via lovely surroundings and atmospheric streets. We especially enjoyed the view outside the entrance of the bridges and rooves in the distance. It is also well positioned for walks to Mount Joli and the Chapel of Notre Dame de Grace being just by the pathway uphill. The room had heating which was very much needed for the cold weather. Ditto a kettle. The shower was hot and powerful: very nice!

A hidden gem! The pictures do not do it justice, as soon as we rode into the parking area it was “wow”! We also had our own parking spot (for three motorcycles) opposite the rooms. Lovely, spacious well appointed bathroom, very comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities, nice and quiet in the evening, and within walking distance of the town centre. Very friendly and helpful owners, and a very nice breakfast.

“Perfect location for our few days in Honfleur”

“Lovely visit to beautiful Honfleur, definitely recommend Hotel Monet”

The owners were friendly, location was great, easy walk to the centre. We needed parking and when we arrived we had a parking space reserved with our name on it. The had a good nights sleep as it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, a lot of choice. Will definitely stay there again.

The private terrace area in front of the room was great The hotel is located on a hill in a very quiet area with lots of greenery. Short walk into the town of Honfleur.

Hotel Monet was very comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The proprietor was on hand to top up food and drink which was getting low. The room was decorated in a beach theme. The location was quiet, just outside the main town which was just a short walk away.

Lovely hotel, just a 5 minute walk down to the old town, shops and pretty yacht basin. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was modern, stylish, spotlessly clean, with lots of space and a large comfortable bed. We had a sheltered sitting area outside which was nice after a long drive. The continental breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. On site parking was right outside the room and we even had a sign with our name on it showing where to park. It was a lovely, comfortable stay and we will definitely stay here again.
