This was a basic, no frills apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for our explore of the surrounding area, with the ability to prepare own food which I liked.

The property met our expectations. We were two couples, each had their own room, and the beds were comfortable. There was only one bathroom, so it was clean! The kitchen was well-equipped. The property is a good base for exploring St. John's before or after. We highly recommend it!

“Pleasant, quiet and comfortable!”
Spacious. Cleaning ladies very accommodating! Beds VERY comfortable! Pots and pans, stove, microwave and toaster oven were excellent brands! Quiet and very convenient to the Avalon peninsula locations in all directions. Lovely huge deck!
