Beautiful, confortable, and peaceful place.

Everything was excellent! Fresh air, mountains, very nice neighbourhood not too far from Vík. We got to a snowy storm and thought we will be stuck as it is in a remote area, but the road was cleaned in the morning with communal services, very efficient!

“Other than high room rate, without breakfast and an inclined roof, the location & room are alright.”

It was quite empty when we stayed (we could see other places were quite full in other nights). Apart from us, there was an American lady who travelled alone. Later in the evening, a couple of Taiwanese came probably by walk-in. I guess it is because the room rate was higher than other alternatives.

The location is great for the local tourist points or onwards travel. Ease of checking. Spacious lounge/dining room Very clean, quiet. Clean modern bathroom/wc Heating and hot water - plentiful supply. Well appointed kitchen. Filter coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster. Big fridge with own dedicated shelf. Coffee, cereal, some condiments available. A small (adequate) continental breakfast provided per room to start the day. A great find. I will return and recommend to friends etc. Plenty parking

It was very welcoming, warm, fully-renovated, immaculate condition. It was easy to find. The breakfast the most thoughtful gesture. All in all, this was our best accommodation out of the 6 different places we stayed at in Iceland.

Beautiful location, enough out of the way to feel serene, yet still close to everything as a base. Property dog was so cute too. And the horses! 💕 appreciated the lovely breakfast hampers too.

Well thought place, very user friendly, clean, nice, spacious. Beautiful nature, doggies to play with. Generally the best stay we had in Iceland. Suprise breakfast was a super nice touch.

New or renovated guesthouse near Skogafoss and so on. Check in and everything else very uncomplicated. Kitchen is very well equiped. The loud and large family from Italy cooking till midnight was not the owners fault.

Very cosy and clean guesthouse for a good price. Breakfast had been prepared alhough it was not included in the booking.

We really enjoyed our stay: the house is warm and the bed and bedding are really comfy, we rested well after active day. The kitchen is fully equipped (each room has a box in the fridge where you can put your food) and you get nice breakfast. The location and the views from the house are amazing! Really recommend this place.
