“Perfect hotel for a short stay.”

Location is okey but a little bit a shame that it is surrounded by industry. Breakfast ok. Room was nice and could even hold 2 giant dogs. Beds where really good 👍

On the bright side, thanks to this experience, we discovered a wonderful alternative nearby: Norrkällan, which was even more affordable!

“Good option instead of Umeå”

Comfortable stay at a fair price about 20km from Umeå. Large free parking. Late checkin possible. Free basic but sufficient breakfast. 24/7 free coffee, tea, juice and sandwiches. Free sauna. Room is medium sized, fitted with comfortable double bed, tv, desk with chair and a handy fan and a heater. Bathroom is basic but sufficient, but could use an upgrade. Elevator is available to reach upper and lower floors.

A special bonus was the evening snack in the restaurant, which was included in the room.

The food options were decent for the room size. The location is pretty good. But quite far from Umeå

Quiet, clean and cozy. We stayed for one night, we liked how flexible were check in-out. It’s very comfortable because we are travelling throughout the country and we can’t predict the time of arrival. The room was clean, the breakfast was good:) Also very quick responses to questions in correspondence, which is important when traveling. Thank you.

It is an old hotel that now is more like cross between a hostel and hotel. There are guest kitchens, laundry and buffet for evening sandwiches and breakfast. The location is good if you have an early or late sailing for the Wasa-Umeå ferry. Very peaceful

Suited our plans perfectly. Great family facilities/ breakfast/ guest kitchen in a retro cool style! Car needed to get about. Clean and tidy. Lovely, helpful team at breakfast buffet.

Location - close to the ferry terminal. Room was OK, bed was good. Overall very much worth the price.

Very basic. But close to Umeå-Vaasa ferry, easy check-inn and check-out, nice outdoor area.

Late arrival was no problem. Communication was perfect.

Big rooms. Pinpong table and pool table, playing area for the kids. Evening snack was an extra plus, and breakfast was fine. Friendly staff.

There was no staff in the evening in the hotel when we came. The message from the hotel came late. Another guest let us in. Nobody answered the phone first. It took long time. When somebody answered, we got friendly service. The hotel cost too much for what was the standard there. Everything was old. Breakfast was ok:husband disagrees this..

So peaceful. Use of clothes washer and dryer and food was great.

We booked a family room for five people. When we arrived, nobody was found at the reception. Just different envelopes for different rooms without any names. Via telephone we got in contact with the partner hotel but even they didn’t know which was our room. We had to check them all ourselves and finally got offered three rooms connected by an aisle which could be opened with any key. Not useful with small children. Additionally the rooms were dirty and not in good shape. We left for another hotel and got offered a refund, but later on the hotel didn’t reply our emails any more. Couldn’t be any worse.
