“Good value for money, nice location close to the airport”

Location is nice at the water and the rooms are specious. Friendly staff! I've had worse experienced with other La Quintas in the past but this one is pretty good! Beds are good.

Reviews were not very good. We did not end up staying here.

Unfortunately, this hotel will never be my go-to option. My stay felt like something out of Hotel California—not in a good way. Perhaps it was the spring break season in Florida, but the prices were extremely high, which was the first disappointment. The check-in experience didn’t start well. I was initially assigned a dirty room with no view, which was unacceptable. Thankfully, two female staff members stepped in and quickly resolved the issue by switching my room without hesitation and even providing body wash for the shower. Their professionalism and kindness were one of the few bright spots during the stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience continued to fall short. The elevators were painfully slow, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the room keys stopped functioning within an hour of arrival. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, and despite staying four days, housekeeping never serviced the room. The TV remote also didn’t work, which added to the frustration. Transportation was another challenge. The shuttle service was late for both arrival and departure, and on the final day the driver mounted a curb, nearly tipping the vehicle. While I understand this property may cater to quick layovers for flights or cruises, the basic standards of comfort and reliability simply weren’t met. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of upgrades and better operational management. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. 2/10.

The Breakfast was fine and the receptionist was wonderful and professional. The property is suitable for shopping and dining. Additionally the area is safe
