Incredible ocean and city view from 37th floor. Apartment was big enough. Beach access was very good a always available.

“One of the worst accommodations ever”
Hotel staff rude and not helpful On arrival I waited 5 hours to get into my room because it was being cleaned Then we got an unwanted visitor at night without warning Finally, two large tiles fell off the shower and almost killed us. The tiles were not properly glued according to code. Staff took a long time to respond. Vacation ruined but we are lucky we did not get injured

Rude staff, especially in the restaurant. Had to search for someone to wait on us and to bring our tickets to us. 20% gratuity was also added to our bill for our convenience which I do not agree with at all especially with the terrible service. Our arm bands did not work, which wasted a lot of our time trying to get them fixed. A repair man was even sent to our room due to the front desk blaming the door. He rather rudely stated that there is nothing wrong with the door that it is our bands, which then resulted in more time lost going back to the counter to have our bands reset yet again.

the restaurant is extremely expensive and only opens at 930am . The valet is not included and extremely expensive as well, but the excellent service in both establishments.
