“If only the apartment view matched the location!”
Convenient location, check-in and check-out were super easy except for carrying luggage up stairs to the lift lobby. The top-floor pool was lovely and usually not too crowded and had a great view.

I didn't like the fact that there is not much information about payment in booking. You pay one price in booking.com and when you go to the place they already pay you another price. They say it's not nice to do that and also the room where I slept my neighbors had the TV on at 24:00 and the sound was loud. I couldn't sleep for two days.

“Terrible”
Nothing My accommodation was horrible, there were insects, moths from my pillow, in the room. I hired them to clean the room and they didn't want to make the bed or mop behind the bed and under the bed, and on the furniture, the pool was not open for use and I paid to use the pool, they put medicine in the room without prior notice, Since I have allergies, everything is terrible and horrible.

The hotel was very beautiful and spotless, the bed was the most comfortable and we absolutely loved our stay would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. we loved it. Our most favourite was roof top bar.

The CIELO staff was not able the respond at my problem of the safe, i spend the whole stay without a safe. The new towell was difficult also.

The hotel is a scammer. Get ready to pay 40$+ for night parking. Not a single cleaning in two weeks, money was stolen from the card when I had already left the hotel. Great idea to contact DBPR and FTC. Stay away.

“Go else where and don't book using Booking.com”
There was no breakfast. Only a coffee machine in the room. I rented for 4 days and only had enough coffee for two max. When i asked the front desk for more sugar and creamer, they told me I needed to contact Booking.com who didn't have any contact info on their webpage. There was a high pitch squeal that was coming from somewhere inside the lobby that was driving everybody nuts. It lasted for the entire 4 days while I was there. It's probably still making that noise today.

“My stay was awesome”
I give this resort a 9 out of 10. The room was amazing...Beach view! The room was equipped with EVERYTHING (stove, washer/dryer, dish washer, deep tub, working A/C, nice décor.) The staff were nice, the beach access was awesome, it was literally a 3 min walk. It wasn't a hassle obtaining beach chairs. $20 to rent an umbrella, however, my room had an umbrella stored in the closet...which saved us the $20 umbrella fee. The roof top pool and hot tub, along with the views were AMAZING.
