“It was oke.”

We booked a room for two adults and one child, they asked to pay 20 euro extra for another bed for our kid or we’ll get a double bed for the three of us. We ended up paying 20 euro’s extra.

“I would not choose to stay here again. Very basic accommodation, but you get what you pay for.”

Breakfast was poor, location very convenient for the autobahn.

“Horrifically hot room nearly killed my dog”

This was probably the worst hotel experience of my life. I can imagine this place could be a relatively passable, cheap place to stay in spring, autumn or winter but in late June, at 26 degrees outside, it was pretty much hell on earth. As I climbed the stairs to my room, I could feel the temperature rising and by the time I got down the corridor to my room, it was more like 40 degrees. Opening the door to m room I was hit by a wall of overwhelming heat. By this time my dog was panting uncontrollably and staring at me in wide-eyed in disbelief. I immediately threw open the window, only to find an enormous whirring industrial ventilation unit directly outside my window. The sound level was ridiculous - literally like trying to sleep next to 2 huge trucks with their engines running. Needless to say we barely slept. I was actually worried he might die from the heat during the night. I don’t think he’ll ever forgive me for the ordeal I put him through. Oh, and McDonalds closes at 8pm and doesn’t open until 10am! At a motorway service station? Weird.

I do not Take gluten, and you could not serve any glutenfree breakfast. I knew and had my own bread snd bought a bit of cheese

I booked the hotel a little after 21:00. When I arrived around the 21:40 the hotel was closed. They allowed me to book a room after closing time. If it wasn't for the super helpful McDonald manager I would have slept outside in my car. After my stay I received a call telling me I did not pay... The reception was closed so I was already expecting an invoice. The mis I spoke to was really kind and respectful. She sent me the invoice and everything was oké.

“OK when travelling on the highway - but strange open-hours.”

This is an AUTOBAHN Hotel - very convenient when travelling - and actually very quite despite the close distance to the highway. I was arriving late and the arranged 'key-pickup' worked well.

We were delayed in heavy traffic . We phoned the hotel and the staff were very helpful leaving our keys in an outside key safe, giving us a code So we were able to get to our rooms and they were happy to be paid the next morning. Great service 😊

“Good spot for a night and a shower while travelling.”

Location is very practical while on the road, and despite being next to the highway I had no troubles with noise at all. Staff was very busy but still very friendly and helpful. The place is not the newest, but everything I needed worked.
