“Nice but contact first.”
The property per se is nice. Big garden. The attic has space for 5 people sleeping in single beds 7 a little squashed in my opinion. The 1 bathroom is very modern. We had a few issues with normal heating, but there is a wood fed heater. Overall the owners were informing us how to set it up via SMS. The negative part in our modest opinion is that power consumption - electricity is not included in the amount paid, that includes lights, heating and hot water is periodically not available 24/7 but there is a reason behind it. This came as a surprise to us as we didnt find any mention of all these issues in booking.com. Only on the email you receive once you have booked, unfortunately there is a no refund policy. I dont know if this is something new due to the increase of electric prices, but paying for the Kw you spent during your stay is kind of strange in 2025. In general the house is pleasant, close to one of the most beautiful trails in the Czech Rep. and natural sceneries, the owners were helpful and the price is reasonable, just be aware of these issues.

Great quite place situated on the egde of the forest. There are two cottages sharing one garden. It wasn't problem for us because between them are trees. We were in the smaller hut. It was equiped with everything you would need for your stay. Big fridge was a big plus :) Great host. Thank you :)
