“Perfect accommodation at Holbox!”

I loved how calm it was. Felt like my own tropical cabin. I was pleasantly surprised there was a small gym as well and being able to use the beach club was a big plus!

Our room was huge and the bathroom was big with an amazing shower. We loved the sea view! The hotel has it‘s own beach and parking lot. The pool was clean. Free beach beds! The staff was amazing! The guy at the reception was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It really made a difference and shoutout to the cleaning boys - you did a hell of a job! They‘d even put our clothes on hangers, put our luggage up from the floor on to some holders and even sorted out all my stuff in the bathroom. I was literally blown away how neat and clean our room was! Wow!!!!

Good and convenient, close to the beach and friendly staff. Awesome iguanas in the garden who seem to live there permanently.

The hotel is very nice! The beds were comfortable and the stuff was friendly. It's a 20min walk to the center, but we didn't mind that but enjoyed getting to know the environment

Lovely clean room and the staff were excellent, liked the fact we could use the facilities of the other hotel were they kept the beach clean . There was also some nice bars and restaurants nearby and nit far to our favourite beach playa coco

the reception was exceptional, helped with any questions we had about to area. the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. location is in a quieter area which was lovely for the night life. very close to the beach.

- There was a huge cockroach in our bedroom and bathroom, that was awful! - Agree with all the comments about the breakfast, it is simply a joke for that price. - Pictures generally don't reflect the reality, everything looks more beautiful on pictures.

“Nice rooms, but overlooking a building site and poor breakfast”

Rooms are nice, cute and comfortable. It’s in a quieter part of town but ideally located for walking to the beach and some nice places for breakfast at neighbouring hotels (eg AWA). The included breakfast at Soho was actually in another hotel (Hau) across the road but was so terrible we didn’t bother after the first day (very basic offering of cold stale toast, a breakfast cookie and some fruit/yoghurts and granola). Don’t waste your time and go to one of the better brunch spots along the beach front with more variety and reasonable prices.
