“Good potential, small improvements”

This place stood out to us above all because of the courtesy of the staff. It was the place in Mexico where we encountered the most polite and well-mannered staff. They welcome us very Kindly with welcome drinks at beach. The housekeeping team left our room looking brand new every single day, despite the fact that life on this island means constantly walking around with sandy feet and having sand everywhere. The breakfast was generous and, above all, healthy. We also tried the hotel restaurant and although it was a bit expensive, everything was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well. The hotel’s beach club is beautiful, it has showers, and it is wonderful to watch the sunset from the hotel’s beds/cabanas. The pool is incredible! We stained a 30x30 cm bath towel (yes, really that size — if not even 20x20 cm) and were asked to pay 300 MXN. Of course, as guests, we take responsibility for any damage, but the amount was so absurdly high that we asked for proof of the towel’s purchase price. Since they could not provide it, they eventually lowered the amount to 180 MXN, which we appreciated.

This was an absolutely dreamy stay. Our room was gorgeous: spacious, comfortable bed, massive bathroom area - and all with stunning views of the Caribbean and the pool. The location is perfect: peaceful, yet walkable to the action in town. Communication from María and team was excellent; I really appreciated the use of WhatsApp to smooth out arrival and make it easy for us to request things during our stay.

Stunning hotel with breathtaking views. The pool was beautiful and overlooked the sea, with plenty of sun loungers available in different spots to relax throughout the day. Our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom and shower were spotless. The highlight for us was definitely the food, every dish is freshly created by the on-site chef and each one was absolutely incredible. The staff are so kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more special. This was our second visit and we’ll definitely be back again next year!

The amazing view at the sea,the peace of the place,the picturesque bar/restaurant on the beach. Equally,the staff is simply amayzing,so welcoming ,helpful and kind. The food in the restaurant is exceptionally tasty,a total must have being ' Pulpo a la roca'! We would come back anytime!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and very private. Because there are only a few rooms, it feels especially warm and family-like. The staff is exceptionally friendly – we truly had the best experience ever. The food was amazing and clearly prepared with a lot of love and care. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

“Idyllic spot tucked away from the main town”

We loved our stay here, the host was so friendly and helpful, organising taxis, bike hires and giving recommendations for activities (and which ones are a tourist trap!). The hotel and room were beautifully styled and very comfortable.

Very comfortable bed, room and shower good. Great hot water and good air conditioning. Nice beach and beach club. Good cocktails and the staff are nice.

“A lovely stay”

A lovely place to stay if you love good food (it was amazing), nice beach and relaxing. We loved that it was a bit away from the center. It was easy to walk when we wanted to go there. It felt very private and we really enjoyed that. We felt it was on the best part of the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Spotless/exelent location you couldn’t ask for better

We had such a lovely time at Casa Punta Coco. Starting with a brilliant, freshly made breakfast which is served on the terrace, to relaxing at the beach and going for a swim in the absolutely breathtaking turquoise water, we really enjoyed every minute of our stay (and our lovely room)!

The room had a beautiful sea view and sunbeds on the beach were included.

With only approximately 10 rooms and 20 min. walking distance from the center, you are very private. Very friendly and attentive staff. Cuisine is excellent on very high level and Cocktails are delicious.

“Very relaxing and chilled out experience”

The beach location of Case Punta Coco is probably one of the best of the island. The staff were so helpful in helping to organise transport and suggestion activities that can be done on the island. The houses are so beautifully designed and the sea views were such a pleasure to wake up to each morning. All rooms the beach area and the pool were kept and cleaned to a very high standard. The best thing about the place is the food, the chefs are just amazing. Although the staff sent us suggestions of other places to go for dinner, we didn't want to go anywhere else the food was so good!!
