“The best hotel to enjoy Holbox”

What a great place to stay! Beautiful Hotel I would recommend to anyone staying in holbox ! I recommend Coco beach club just 5 min walk !! Emiliano was a great host

We really liked the location of the hotel. It is situated in a quiet part of the island, not far from Punta Ciricote and close to Punta Cocos. Everything, including the town center, was within walking distance (at least for us). We especially enjoyed the natural surroundings and waking up to the sound of birds in the morning. We also liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the shared areas were very pleasant. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. :) The beautiful beach was a short walk from casa. Good breakfast and bottomless coffee every morning. I would definitely stay again.

This place is a wonderful haven from the hustle and bustle of the main centre. It is around a 25 min walk but there are a few restaurants and shops closer along the way maybe a 10 min walk. We hired bikes which I 100% recommend. The beds are so comfortable and it’s a really quiet place to sleep. The staff are amazing. A very warm and friendly family. You can tell a lot of love has gone into this hotel. Also worth mentioning, the beach is about a 5 min walk and it’s absolutely stunning especially in the morning before it gets busy. The breakfast was fresh and healthy and the rooftop was beautiful at sunset. We had such a relaxing time.

The room was very nicely decorated, overall the hotel looks great! The breakfast was also very good.

+ Water in the room was refilled on daily basis. Room service. The place had a nice feel and exterior was modern. Access to 2 pools and roof terrace with hammocks. Free bioluminescence tour. - Breakfast was blant and I received omelette with egg shells, presentation awful, the coffee was watered down. We didn't receive the room we have booked. The toilet wasn't flashing and filling up properly. The staff was unatentive, more focused on quests that came to check in after us. On checking out the lady from reception told me to go back to the room and bring her the key after I told her I left it in the door. According to the owner, the Coco Beach nearby was supposed to be the most beautiful on the island however it was littered with tons rotting seaweed which made it unusable and impossible to stay there due to the stench.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel on Holbox Island. It’s located in a quiet part of the island — a little bit away from the busy areas, which I actually really appreciated. It gives you so much peace and calm, and it’s only a short walk from the most beautiful sunset spots. Honestly, being close to those sunsets is reason enough to stay here. The hotel itself is charming and comfortable, with a very relaxed island vibe. And the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay — truly warm people who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. If you’re looking for a quiet place to unwind, close to nature and unforgettable sunsets, this is a perfect choice.

“Beautiful ambiance and friendly staff”

The hotel property had a lot of work put into it to make it a whimsical, tropical vibe. It's the kind of place where you can spend the day to just relax. The west end beaches of the island are also very close and a beautiful setting. The complimentary breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was very flavorful and reasonably priced. The staff were all very kind, helpful and fun to talk to.

It was very clean, in nature far from the center rush, but still only half an hour walk, also very close to the beach

Great and friendly staff, nice breakfast options, spacious and bright room, pretty views from the top of the building. 2 pools. Quiet and private. Bonus point for a welcome drink :)
