“Beautiful hotel with incredible customer service.”
Incredible staff. Super helpful with organising three island trip and bioluminescence. Super clean rooms, services daily. Free water available in the reception as well towel exchange. Comfy rooms, well air conditioned. Nice balcony. Shower was great. With the stay beach beds were free. Food from the hotel such as the prawn tacos and guacamole were delicious! Great service on the beach as well. Overall amazing experience and would be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family coming to Mexico or going Holbox.

The beach access was very close to the hotel which was great and the beach beds were comfortable and great with a lovely view of the sunset too. Really good food and drinks delivered to our beach bed from the affiliated restaurant throughout the day with great happy hour options. Staff were very friendly, and rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was no noise issues at all throughout our stay, it was a lovely and calm environment.

“Good place, good location”
The location is perfect. Close enough to walk into town. But quiet. Great beach club. I Locked myself out of my room and was saved by the staff...thank you! It's very clean and comfortable.

Location is right at the beach. They provide sunbeds with umbrellas. Location is just a 5 minute walk from the centre.

“Great hotel very near the beach”
Lovely grounds and just a few minutes walk to the beach where we had a sunbed with umbrella. Small and shady swimming pool directly outside the room. Big room with AC and hammocks outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk along the beach to the centre, but there's lots of bars and restaurants along the way.

“Great location, amazing beach, relaxing stay.”
-We stayed for 10 nights at the beginning of April 2025, we were given a room upgrade due to the length of our stay. -The location of the hotel was almost perfect, basically right on the beach(small sandy road between the hotel and it's beachclub). Lots of restaurants within walking distance. -2 small pools at the hotel so you had a choice if one was busy(neither were busy during our entire stay). -Housekeeping brought a small cooler after our first night to keep our drinks cold. -Good value for money. -Very quiet. -Very clean and well maintained overall(beach club could use some upgrades however).

Great location, staff were friendly. It’s a cute hotel and tidy. Beach access is great. Good value for money. The rooms were nice and tidy. The cleaning was good overall however some of the sheets were stained.

Edwin is the nicest person ever! The room was nice, the bed was good, the AC was great, but the bathroom has 2 problems: The showerhead was not good, and the toilet got clogged several times even for peeing Other than that, the proximity to the hotels beach club was awesome! In my opinion,, it's the best location on the island as it's not too far from the center but also not in the center where there's too many people and the beach imo is less nice than Iguanas beach area. We would definitely come here again

“Amazing !!! WE WILL BE BACK !!!”
Right on the beach. AMAZING staff, who gave us a free upgrade to a room just feet from the beach. Very clean, spacious rooms. The hammock in the room, facing the beach is a lovely touch. When I return to Holbox, I will be staying here again. Everything is fantastic !!!

Well located, close to the beach. You can enjoy the sunbeds freely and easily access the center. The room met our expectations : it was qualitative. There are a lot of breakfast places in Holbox so we didn’t test the hotels restaurant.
