Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants near by, 10 minutes walk to town center. The family room has a separate bedroom, both the main room as well as the separate bedroom have good air-conditioning. The property has a nice little pool. Breakfast, although relatively simple, is provided from 0800, makes for an easy boost to start the day. If not to ones liking there are multiple options to have breakfast within a 5-10 minute walk, at any budget.

“A hidden gem on Isla Holbox”
A hidden gem on Isla Holbox. Just a small hotel at a perfect location, close to beach and a few minutes walking to the center of town but enough to hear no noise from there. Perfect and well equiped room with drinking water, a fridge and coffee maker. Good wifi inside the room. There is a small, nice pool and some recling seats to cool off and relax. Also one of the highlights is the buffet breakfast included in the price, with coffee, tea, fruit juice, fresh fruit, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cerials, milk, yoghurt. The owners were very helpful and friendly which is one more plus. Great price-quality ratio. Really enjoyed my stay here.

The room was a good size and looked just like the pictures. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The area was lovely - a minute from the beach,10 minutes to the ferry and town and lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. There was a little swimming/dip pool and a few reclining chairs to relax on. The breakfast served fruit, cereal and something hot and coffee! I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely go back to this little place - very cute.

Everything was perfect : great location, cosy and clean bedroom, delicious buffet for breakfast... not beachfront but 50 meters from the beach where the beach club does not charge for lounger use if you consume. We loved the fridge and water jar in the room. Oscar is also very friendly and always here to help!

The hotel is located in a great spot very close to the beautiful beach (1 min) and lots of shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet location. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options (fresh fruit, pancakes, stir fry, toast etc) and served in the well maintained garden / pool area. Our room was large and had a nice balcony with a hammock

Beautiful and clean hotel with good location. A bit ”far” from the city (10 minute walk through the nice beach street) but quiet because of that and next to the beach. Excellent service from the staff, even in the middle of the night in a food poisoning bathroom cleaning case 😅

The pictures don’t match the property. Definitely using a wide angle lens. Rooms are pretty small and basic and the pool is basically like a large bath that wasn’t actually being used.
