massive space for children’s play area, lots of activities for the children, location on the mountain has good amount of shops around the area - highly recommend the pizzeria La Nnona nearby

The play area for kids are AMAZING. Every toy and facility is made of high quality materials, and carefully curated. The space is well designed to ensure a comfortable and cohesive experience for parent and children. There is different activities and play area for different age group. Im super impressed with the set up and styling

We stayed for 1 night beginning of April. The hotel is GIGANTIC. No one around, like spooky empty. Reception area is like a ballroom, but we did not see 1 guest. We asked for a room for 2 but as the hotel seemed completely deserted, they put us in a cabin on the property which is like a woorden ski-hut. Nice but with 4 rooms for at least 10 people, not cosy, or welcoming. Also, upon arrival at our cabin, it mentioned 'cat friendly' so you have prominetly a cage for cats, food and water bowls, cleaning stuff etc in the kitchen/salon. Not a cat person so why was did not mentioned? We arrived at 17h and asked for dinner, which was not possible. We asked for breakfast, not possible. This is a hotel, right? After 22h no one around anymore, you just receive a number for emergencies. We went to the onsen, which is unfortunately in the hotel itself, so you need to go out as no direct acces, but again completely deserted. Sauna was not working. Maybe, benefit of the doubt, in the summer when there are actual guests it can be nice, but felt creepy to be honest. Did not feel 100% safe with no one around. And definitely need a car the get here as it.

The breakfast although I selected the Western style option it was more a Japanese breakfast than western and therefore my kids didn't enjoy much. It was delicious, but not much western style.

Common areas are nice, the kids playroom is huge and even smells nice as most of it is wooden structures. Onsen was super nice.
