The house was beautiful. The furniture and decos set nice authentic tone. We rented their sauna by the lake, which was frozen and covered by snow - amazing scenery. It made our stay very special.

A comfortable and clean cottage in the garden of the very friendly hosts. Besides the cottage we had access to a sauna and a boat located approx. 500m from the cottage. In the forest at the opposite side of the road there's a cabin that is available for BBQ and grill.

“generous living space is calm surroundings.”
Easy to find, free parking and the property was very spacious and generously refurbished to a very high standard. The windows facing the lake were excellent for watching the sun and moon rises. The property is 100meters or so from the lake which is great for swimming.

“Within 5 minutes of entering the cabin we had decided we want to come back next summer”
* Extremely comfortable beds * The kitchen had literally anything you could ask for. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric whisk, waffle machine, fridge, freezer, etc etc! * It was very cool that the place was “lived in”. Basically it felt like you were visiting a relative’s home. * The nature and surrounding area was nice. We only stayed one evening so we did not have time to explore, but the view from the cabin was amazing. It’s right by the lake! * Hosts were nice. We arrived at 21:00 and all I had to do was call a number saying we were there and they came out to show us where to go and if we needed anything
