Very good breakfast. There is an equipped kitchen that you can use. The staff was available in the evening as well. You can find a kettle and some Nescafe powder in the room. There is also a fly swatter in the room, which you need.

A truly lovely place in the country, with fully equipped though vintage accomodation. Our family room came out to be actually an apartment with a separate bedroom. Personel was very friendly - we've been checked in despite a very late hour. Breakfast was typically Swedish, served in a stunning, orangery-like dining hall (see pics). Staby Gardshotel was a very good choice.

We had a nutritious breakfast served in a nice hotel restaurant. With a home made cake! There’s a well equipped kitchen and a social area at the hotel, so you can prepare your own meal if needed. A great place to stay at regardless if your just passing through or want to stick around.

“Not worth the high cost”

Standard like a hostel, but prices like a 4 star hotel. Not worth visiting. The room was clean, but very basic. Several things was out of order. Staff was friendly, but that couldn’t make up for the overprice.

Simple but good

“Lovely place with great staff and a beautiful view”

Very friendly, helpful and committed staff who will help with everything in their power (even driving you to a certain place when there was no bus available to go there), kitchen available (oven, stovetop, microwave etc.), comfy room with a big bed and a tv. A fridge is available as well. Beautiful view from the window.

Breakfast was average. The views from the room were very nice. The dinig room is quite good, offering different levels with panoramic views.
