We experienced a very unhelpful attitude from the staff when we needed to make changes to our plans due to weather conditions. There was little understanding or flexibility shown in handling the situation, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfectly placed for our photography trip to Vestrahorn and Eystrahorn mountains. Good food. We had to cut our stay short due to incoming bad weather, staff were helpful with advice.
