As expected, it is a basic Inn. N1 supermarket is just outside the guesthouse where you can grab a warm hotdogs for breakfast

We loved staying at Höfn Guesthouse. Everything was just perfect: a spacious room, very clean, with everything in the right place to make us feel truly comfortable (sofa, fridge, table ecc.). The staff was extremely kind, quick in replying to all the questions and super helpful with check-in instructions. The surroundings were always quiet and the position just perfect since there is also a parking lot and a gas station with a supermarket right next to the guesthouse. P.S. We loved also the pavement: it was truly Icelandic ☺️. We would definitely recommend staying here.

“Good stay, worth it”
Easy access, perfect communication, everything you need for a night. If needed you can buy food and drinks at the gas station nearby.

Very disappointed. The room was not properly cleaned before our check-in. The bed was unmade, and there were dirty sleeping sheets left on it. In addition, there were two dirty bath towels and two dirty caps left on the table. The trash bin had also not been emptied. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and did not meet basic hospitality standards. We are very disappointed with the condition of the room and would appreciate immediate action regarding this matter.

We were heading to camsite, but weather went VERY wrong, so in the evening we came to Höfn and just searched for any available accommodation. This was one of the cheapest. We didn't expect much, but we were shocked how beatiful, clean and big the room was! Bathroom with big shower. Kettle, glases, mugs, cofee, tea, sugar and refrigerator were in room. Very heigh and extremely comfy beds! Parking on private lot just in front of the entrance.
