Staff was amazing, and the included onsen is one of the best I’ve visited in the country. So many types of baths and even outdoor ones, which is great for a good weather day. Capsule was very comfortable and spacious.

“Time travel to the 80s”
- Onsen was included (it was already old 10 years ago, so a lot of tare and wear, rust etc. besides that it was somehow an authentic experience) - towels and toiletries were included - a small bag with all necessities could be brought upstairs to your locker - Besides the overall old look, everything was acceptable clean - really nice reception and staff

“A new experience”
The staff was very nice even though it's hard to communicate in English but they try treir best. The bed is comfortable and I notice that they don't have private bathrooms, so for me trying the open shower was a bit shocking but it was a new experience. All the amenities are unlimited and available on each floor. The place is located in a restaurant road so there are a bunch of places to eat and drink. Very recommended!

“Best hotel of my entire trip”
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! While the facilities are a bit dated, they're clean and comfortable—especially the spa, which is exceptional for the price. I even forgot my headphones at the hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to find them and send them to me by mail. Absolutely recommended!

The capsules are more spacious and quiet than I had expected. They're well-equipped with TV, radio, light, alarm clock, electrical socket. The onsen plus sauna is free and spacious and two floors. Very good value for money

The onsen bath facilities are super. They have a hots pools and cold plunge pools as well as a sauna and steam room. They also provide plenty of towels and toiletries. The mattress is comfortable and the location is convenient.

“Capsule hotel experience with an en suite Spa!!”
First stay in a capsule hotel. Great sauna and facilities. Inexpensive food. Clean and tidy. Nice lounge area to chill and read a book. Great value restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets. Close to Castle and to the Peace Park.
