“Perfect stay!”

We loved out stay at Wilson’s place. For us it was in a perfect location about 10 minutes walk to the centre. The rooms were beautiful and incredibly clean. Rumesh and all his siblings were perfect hosts and helped us with any questions we had. You won’t regret staying here!

“Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting”

The property was beautiful, and had a beautiful history behind it which was explained in a very helpful tourist guide. It was exceptionally clean, spacious and thoughtfully designed. The location was excellent, a very short walk from the main hiriketiya beach, with monkeys, lizards, dogs and cats along the walk and property. Everybody in and around the hotel was super friendly. It was our anniversary during our stay and they made it extra special by decorating the room. Air con was spot on, we even got cold!!! - best air con of the trip. Couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. We even met Wilson, whom the hotel is named after! A super wholesome stay.

Perfect location for walking to the main beach in Hiriketiya. Gorgeous rooftop for sunsets and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very accommodating and kind, they helped us with all of our needs including renting mopeds.

really large comfortable rooms with huge bathroom and lovely decor .Best air con on the trip ! Staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips for the area. We loved the location . A 10 min walk into the main area of town in a lovely quiet lane way . Traditional cafe across the road for breakfast . Lovely lawn area out the front where you can sit , also balcony area is lovely to relax on . the accommodations dog and cat are a real bonus if you are an animal lover.. they are so sweet and often greet you at the gate . Transportation can be organised for you too if needed .

Such a beautiful place, lovely garden with great rooms. Very spacious and clean. They helped organise tuk tuks if needed and were always on hand to answer any questions. About a 7 min walk to Hiriketiya beach but nice to be out of the main centre. Thank you!

Location was brilliant. Just a 10 min walk to the beach. The room was gorgeous spec, big and really clean. Such friendly and welcoming staff - I’d only wish we’d stayed longer!

Beautiful property!! Thoughtfully designed with amazing beautiful painted ceilings – even in our room! Each floor has a long shared balcony/terrace the rooms open onto so we had somewhere lovely to hang out with a lovely ocean view and so many birds monkeys – and the peacocks! The staff were brillant, helping us get petrol, laundry etc. Vishwa who took care of anything we needed was brilliant – he helped us hire a scooter, get a driver for our next hotel, very speedy laundry even after we'd checked out! There's no breakfast or food amenities on site really but this is not an issue and actually ideal - Hiri has a million amazing places to eat, get a lovely coffee etc so you wouldn't want to be tied to breakfast with your hotel. There's a reason this places books up fast, it's such a relaxing vibe but with so many beautiful touches that make it feel luxurious too! We'll be back, thank you!

Beautifull building, rooms and location, staff is very friendly and helpfull. We especially loved the story behind the accommodation, the owner is local and the ground was owned by his family for generations. Super beautifully decorated and very close to the beach! :)
