“Great place for a ski holiday in Zillertal”

This guesthouse is perfect for couples who go skiing for a week. You can easily reach the gondola by skibus. There's a busstop only 2 minutes walking distance to the Mayrhofen area. It is also a perfect base for other ski areas, like the glacier, Zell am Ziller or Kaltenbach. The town is quiet, but you have enough restaurants at walking distance. The room is small, but has everything you need. The hostess Maria is very kind and always ready to help you. She makes sure there is a nice breakfast every morning.

Excellent location - easy walking distance to cafes, amenities, train station, restaurants. Bus stop close to entrance of building. Great views as elevated slightly on hillside. Very helpful owners Breakfast was great - always super fresh, continental style, freshly boiled eggs on demand Discreet washing line on balcony for hand washing Hair dryer in showerroom The whole place was kept very clean including the balcony Parking space per room - no need to worry that there won't be a space later in the evening

The property had EVERYTHING you could possibly need: -Heated rack for snowboots / gloves -Rack for snowboards and skis -Dedicated heated room to dry coats and other cloths The room was cleaned daily, beds were made up, trash emptied, and halfway through our stay we even got new towels. Breakfast was provided by the host each morning between 07:00 and 09:00 Besides that, the apartment was only a 1 minut walk away from the ski bus stop that brings you to the horbergbahn!

“Super nice and clean place to stay in Hippach/Schwendau for your winter/summer holiday”

The location was very good, a few minutes by car to the Horbergbahn, 150m from the ski-bus stop, a few minutes' walk to several restaurants and supermarkets. It was very quiet even though our windows faced the street. The lady of the house was a very nice lady, she helps you with everything, even if she knows little English. She also made a particularly delicious cinnamon cake, mmmmm, yummy. The room is bigger than others in the same area, extremely clean, i think the lady of the house is obsessive about cleanliness, everywhere is extremely clean and tidy.

Maria is a brilliant host! The place is spotless clean. Breakfast is very nice. Location is great, bus stop, bakery, supermarket and restaurants close by. We had a brilliant stay, thanks 😊

Maria (the hos) was very friendly and hospitable. Every morning we had fresh bread from the local bakery. Further the location is great for daily activities as it is located near Mayrhofen, Hintertux, Fügen and Gerlos.
